How Returns Work

1- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2- Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos.
3- We’ll email you a return shipping label.
4- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 2 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

1- Items that have been used or damaged.
2- Items with missing parts or accessories.
3- Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

1-Refunds are issued to the original payment method
2- Credit/debit card payments are refunded back to the card.
3- Bank or other local USA payment methods are refunded to the same account.
